Le LiDAR topographique pr\u00e9sente des aptitudes id\u00e9ales pour la mod\u00e9lisation des berges du cours d&rsquo;eau avec une pr\u00e9cision centim\u00e9trique et une forte capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, cette m\u00e9thode conventionnelle est fiable et demeure efficace dans de nombreuses situations avec un niveau de pr\u00e9cision centim\u00e9trique. L&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une embarcation ou d&rsquo;un drone de surface pourvu d&rsquo;un \u00e9chosondeur s&rsquo;av\u00e8re pertinente dans les cours d&rsquo;eau peu encombr\u00e9s et des courants mod\u00e9r\u00e9s. Cet exercice n\u00e9cessite la mise en \u0153uvre de plusieurs appareils de mesure pour r\u00e9aliser des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques. Si les m\u00e9thodes et outils de mesure peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques et produire des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;une grande qualit\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de rapprochement des donn\u00e9es topographiques et bathym\u00e9triques peut \u00eatre fastidieuse. Cela peut aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des \u00ab manques \u00bb ou des discontinuit\u00e9s entre les donn\u00e9es topographiques et subaquatiques. <\/p><h3>Une nouvelle m\u00e9thode compl\u00e8te<\/h3><p>Le LiDAR topo-bathym\u00e9trique vient compl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;\u00e9ventail d&rsquo;outils avec un avantage important : une acquisition par drone permet de mod\u00e9liser le lit de la rivi\u00e8re avec la couche eau et la partie immerg\u00e9e ainsi que les berges. Et cela avec un temps de traitement de donn\u00e9es inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2h. Le mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique de terrain (MNT) issu de ce traitement restitue une base g\u00e9ographique unie entre les donn\u00e9es subaquatiques et terrestres sans n\u00e9cessiter de fusion entre deux mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques diff\u00e9rents. La densit\u00e9 de points au fond de l\u2019eau et comprise entre 20 et 50 points\/m\u00b2.   <\/p><p>La capacit\u00e9 du LiDAR topo-bathym\u00e9trique \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9trer le couvert v\u00e9g\u00e9tal assure une continuit\u00e9 de la donn\u00e9e entre le lit mouill\u00e9 et les berges bois\u00e9es. La v\u00e9g\u00e9tation rivulaire est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux donn\u00e9es topographiques. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b25666d el-section-img-x1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b25666d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-290815da\" data-id=\"290815da\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4e3d411 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4e3d411\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Le laser a ses limites<\/h3><p>La limite principale de cette technologie r\u00e9side dans la capacit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9trer l\u2019eau et \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie par le fond. A la diff\u00e9rence des \u00e9chosondeurs, le laser ne se propage pas \u00e0 travers les s\u00e9diments fins. Les points g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s correspondent \u00e0 la profondeur d\u2019eau sans tenir compte de la hauteur de vase ou de limons par exemple.  <\/p><p>Selon les syst\u00e8mes du march\u00e9, la valeur limite est exprim\u00e9e en Secchi. Cette unit\u00e9 de mesure est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un disque de Secchi. Cet outil est immerg\u00e9 et lorsqu\u2019il devient invisible, on note la profondeur depuis la surface pour d\u00e9terminer la valeur du Secchi.<\/p><p>Le LiDAR topo-bathym\u00e9trique YellowScan Navigator permet d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des donn\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux Secchi.<\/p><p>En rivi\u00e8re, si le Secchi est \u00e0 3m, on peut esp\u00e9rer cartographier des fosses profondes de 5 \u00e0 6 m. Selon la coloration des substrats, le faisceau lumineux sera plus ou moins bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi. Les donn\u00e9es sont continues m\u00eame sous l\u2019eau avec plus de 2 m\u00e8tres de profondeur. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38aa8d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38aa8d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">La cartographie d&rsquo;une rivi\u00e8re en tenant compte de la for\u00eat alluviale est une base de travail pertinente pour approcher au mieux les enjeux environnementaux. Les outils d&rsquo;exploitation des donn\u00e9es LiDAR permettent de classifier la nature des points et notamment d\u2019isoler la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation du reste des donn\u00e9es. Il est ainsi possible de distinguer les reliefs des berges, d\u00e9celer les marques d&rsquo;\u00e9rosion ou les lits annexes masqu\u00e9s par un fort couvert v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element Le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un drone capable d\u2019emporter un LiDAR topo-bathym\u00e9trique n\u00e9cessite de disposer d\u2019un pilote dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 et \u00e0 m\u00eame de planifier la mission en respectant les r\u00e9glementations en vigueur.
