L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de comparer les donn\u00e9es recueillies par drone \u00e0 un ensemble de donn\u00e9es recueillies par h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re afin d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 de la capture et du r\u00e9sultat. Avec un r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique de 229 168 km, E-REDES souhaitait \u00e9tendre ses capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;inspection et \u00e9tudier les possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts sans perte de qualit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;inspection de ses lignes \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures des nuages de points trait\u00e9s devaient correspondre \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 (densit\u00e9 des points, pr\u00e9cision, bonnes r\u00e9flexions sur les fils) de l&rsquo;\u00e9talon beset.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif d\u00e9clar\u00e9 des vols \u00e9tait de produire des donn\u00e9es permettant d&rsquo;assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le couloir des lignes \u00e9lectriques en d\u00e9tectant la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation dangereuse, les b\u00e2timents ill\u00e9gaux et les fils de a\u00e9riennes et du couloir qui les entoure. Pour atteindre cet objectif, ils avaient besoin d&rsquo;un capteur LiDAR fiable et facile \u00e0 utiliser. Le projet \u00e9tant sensible au temps, il y avait peu de temps pour effectuer les vols, le mat\u00e9riel devait fonctionner comme un charme et les donn\u00e9es devaient \u00eatre fiables.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Hepta, cela signifiait d\u00e9ployer le YellowScan Mapper. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yellowscan.com\/fr\/products\/mapper\/\">Mapper<\/a> est une solution LiDAR purement a\u00e9rienne qui est id\u00e9alement pilot\u00e9e \u00e0 70 m au-dessus du sol. Il utilise le scanner laser Horizon de Livox et est con\u00e7u pour s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la plupart des drones professionnels, avec un module de cam\u00e9ra int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Les solutions de faible poids du Mapper garantissent un temps de vol plus long, il est facile \u00e0 utiliser et il est facile de former nos pilotes \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation du Mapper. La vitesse de traitement est relativement rapide et le rapport qualit\u00e9\/prix est tr\u00e8s bon par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres produits. Le YellowScan Mapper et son drone ont vol\u00e9 6 jours par semaine en deux \u00e9quipes, pour un total de 30 jours sans aucune erreur. La zone o\u00f9 les op\u00e9rations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement vallonn\u00e9e, avec des diff\u00e9rences d&rsquo;altitude de plusieurs centaines de m\u00e8tres. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Hepta a donc d\u00fb faire preuve d&rsquo;ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;innovation pour maintenir une bonne connexion avec le drone entre les collines.<\/p>\n<p>La mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s et Hepta a prouv\u00e9 \u00e0 E-REDES que l&rsquo;inspection des lignes \u00e9lectriques par drone pouvait sans aucun doute produire des donn\u00e9es de m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 que les vols d&rsquo;h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res pilot\u00e9s. Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, le personnel charg\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entretien du r\u00e9seau peut planifier l&rsquo;abattage des arbres dans le couloir des lignes a\u00e9riennes, mais aussi d\u00e9tecter les zones potentiellement dangereuses, o\u00f9 les lignes sont suspendues plus bas que ce qui est autoris\u00e9. Les donn\u00e9es LiDAR peuvent fournir une vue d&rsquo;ensemble des structures ill\u00e9gales ou dangereuses potentielles dans la zone de protection des lignes \u00e9lectriques. Sur la base des donn\u00e9es recueillies, E-REDES a pu planifier les mesures \u00e0 prendre pour \u00e9liminer le danger potentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de fournir un rapport de mission d&rsquo;inspection des lignes \u00e9lectriques significatif \u00e0 E-REDES, ou \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe lequel de ses clients, Hepta prend les donn\u00e9es LiDAR collect\u00e9es \u00e0 partir du YellowScan Mapper et les traite en un nuage de points g\u00e9or\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s, vectoris\u00e9s, coup\u00e9s et mesur\u00e9s selon la norme nationale pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie pour la localit\u00e9. L&rsquo;analyse est compil\u00e9e dans un grand rapport Excel et un fichier vectoriel contenant les r\u00e9sultats. Les livrables sont ensuite t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9s sur <a href=\"https:\/\/heptaairborne.com\/services\/ubird-software\/\">uBird, la plateforme prioritaire d&rsquo;inspection des lignes
