YellowScan Access is a LiDAR rental service that enables organizations to use professional drone LiDAR systems without purchasing the equipment. It provides flexible access to advanced mapping technology for short-term projects, testing, training, and project-specific requirements.

YellowScan Access is only available throughout Europe, with the exception of the UK, Switzerland, and Norway.

Our team will help assess your project objectives, required accuracy, site conditions, vegetation density, flight platform, and deliverables to recommend the most suitable YellowScan solution. Whether your application involves surveying, forestry, mining, powerline inspection, or bathymetry, we can guide you toward the right system.

Rental pricing depends on several factors, including the LiDAR system selected, rental duration, location and any additional services requested. Please contact our team for a customized quotation based on your specific needs.

The quote is valid for 7 days from receipt, and will be sent once you’ve confirmed your rental dates. A deposit of €5,000 is required, with 100% of payment due upfront.

Rental kits include the LiDAR sensor, the 61MP camera (except for Navigator), the CloudStation, technical support, insurance, and online training, plus transport, except for hand carry (daily rental).

Yes, online training is included. If you prefer on-site training, we can also arrange it for an additional fee.

Yes, the rental package is all-inclusive and includes insurance coverage.

Yes in the CloudStation. Yes. In addition to equipment rental, YellowScan can support data processing workflows and provide deliverables in standard industry formats such as LAS, LAZ, DTM, DSM, DHM, and GIS-ready datasets, depending on your project requirements.

Absolutely. YellowScan Access is an excellent way to evaluate a LiDAR system in real-world conditions before making a purchase decision. It allows you to test performance, workflows, and project suitability while benefiting from expert guidance and support.

Cancellation terms depend on whether you’ve purchased the Flex Cancellation option.
With Flex Cancellation:

• One-day rental: Free cancellation up to 48 working hours before the equipment dispatch date. After that, a fixed management fee of 25% of the rental amount applies.
• One-week rental: Free cancellation up to 5 working days before dispatch. Beyond this deadline, a fixed fee of 15% of the pre-tax rental amount applies.
• One-month rental: Free cancellation up to 10 working days before dispatch. After this period, a fixed fee of 15% of the pre-tax rental amount applies.

Without Flex Cancellation, cancelling before the dispatch date entitles you to a partial refund of the rental price.
